2.2 Ordering Requirements
 

IMPORTANT: Instagram Contact Required

All orders must be preceded by direct communication via Instagram (@nymponails) or email (support@nymponails.com). Orders placed without prior contact may be canceled.

2.3 Sizing Process

Due to the custom nature of our products:
 

• A sizing kit is required before your first design order

• Each nail shape requires its own sizing kit

• Sizing can vary by shape and individual nail bed

• The cost of your sizing kit is credited toward your first Nympo Nails order

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The sizing kit cost is credited toward your first design order. All sales are final.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate sizing information. No refunds will be issued for sizing issues. Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order.

4.2 Color Matching

Colors are matched as closely as possible but may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings. Color variations are not grounds for returns or refunds.
